At the 2018 AGO National Convention in Kansas City you will see and hear incredible performances by world-class organists and choirs, hear new music by some of the world’s best modern composers, be able to check out dozens of workshops and seminars, and enjoy creative worship services in some of the most beautiful and historic organ venues in the country. The members of the Greater Kansas City Chapter of The American Guild of Organists look forward to sharing the grandeur of the city’s organs and performance venues with you from July 2 – 6, 2018.

The block of rooms at the convention hotels is nearing capacity. If you have not already made a hotel reservation, please do so prior to June 14 to ensure you get the convention rate.

Transportation Package: $175 for adults, $100 for Young Organists (under 30)
(Air conditioned buses, Various return options to hotels)
The full bus package includes transportation to all convention activities from 8:00 AM Monday, July 2, 2018 through Friday, July 6, 2018 until midnight. This includes the NYACOP finals Monday morning and afternoon, but it does NOT include pre- and post-convention events.

Insurance Refund Details
The Greater Kansas City Chapter of the American Guild of Organists now offers an optional insurance policy through Rainprotection Insurance that will REFUND YOU 100% OF YOUR REGISTRATION FEES (including meals and bus fees) if you are unable to attend. You will be covered from the moment you register until the start of the convention. You will receive a 100% refund, no matter when you cancel, if you are unable to attend the convention for a reason outside of your control and covered under the policy.
